 • Optional T-Shirt Sizes of each participant ** Deadline for T-shirt orders is April 10th **

Overview - What is Camporee
Time for Troops, Crews, Scouts, and Arrow of lights to come together to camp, compete and form new friendship.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Events will be broken in to 3 different 'skill levels' based on the average rank of the members of a particular patrol
• Dutch Oven Cookoff
• T-Shirts available for Pre-Order 
• Every Unit is required to sponsor and run an event

Registration Notes

Early bird registration begins 2/10/26 and ends 3/15/26. A $5 late fee will apply for each registrant between 3/16/26 and when Registrations close on 4/10/26. No NEW registrations will be accepted after 4/10/26 though updates to prior registrations may be made. 

Do a preliminary registration and then add to it as you find out more of your particulars. Just make sure you keep track of your registration info so you can update your registration and not just make a new one.

• Each unit (Troop or Crew) will complete a separate online registration.
 • The site size will be determined by the number of participants registered as of 4/10/26.
• Units bringing a trailer must indicate so and tell us the length.

If you have already made a registration and your unit needs to add more participants, meals, or T-shirt orders, DO NOT start a new registration. Go back to your original registration and make these additions.

Regular Camporee Rate
All Adult Registrants : $30.00.
All Scout Registrants : $30.00.
All AOLs Youth Registrants  : $30.00.

Late fee After 3/15/26
All Adult Registrants : $5.00.
All Scout Registrants : $5.00.
All AOLs Youth Registrants  : $5.00.
