The Section Leadership Seminar (SLS) is a brand new training program geared to specifically help the Lodges in Section G18N grow and improve. If you're in Lodge leadership it is very important that you attend SLS as the trainings offered will help you learn how to improve your Lodge and show you aspects of it you might not have seen before. 

 

One specific training that will be beneficial for all Arrowman will be the Unit Elections training. Through it you will learn every aspect needed to schedule, coordinate and run a proper unit election that will ensure new enthusiastic members join our Order. 

 

 

During the day you also have the opportunity to learn about a brand new prototype program called The Law of Leadership and how you can start implementing it in your own Lodge. This program aims to help build better relationships between local Lodges and Units. 

 

 

After trainings conclude at 2:30pm you will get to take part in a Section Council of Chiefs meeting where you can learn about and play a role in planning our 2026 Section Conclave.
