Online Event Fee: Sponsor Level $225. General Members $60 Earlybird till 8/15/2026, $70 till 9/15/2026. New Ordeals $45.

AT THE DOOR FEE: The At the Door fee for General Members is $85.00 after 09/17/2026 so save yourself $10 and register online.

SPONSOR LEVEL: With the Sponsor Level you receive bottom bunk in. dorm, full 2026 conclave patches created, VIP parking, and other special conclave experiences. - Limited to 25 registrations. 

NEW ORDEAL MEMBERS: If you received your Ordeal Membership Between September 19, 2025 thru September 19, 2026 you can signup as 'New Ordeal Member'. If you have any question contact the Registrar by email Brian Wilder or call 310-291-5862.

ALL PARTICIPANTS: Registration may be paid on-line, by check to Section G18N - Order of the Arrow, 2313 W169th Pl, Torrance, Ca 90504, Or at the door as long as you complete this on-line registration the completed process. A late fee is assessed for any registration not completed on-line by September 15, 2026. Please remember that even though you registered on-line, you must bring with you a COPY of your medical form.

HOUSING: Dorm room signups are first come first served at $30 additional fee. There maybe additional at the door bunk signups for $30 and they are also first come first served.

TRADING POST: You will pickup your items at Conclave there is no online trading post sales this year.
