*Registration must observe two-deep leadership and have 1 adult for every 4 Scouts.*

This form can be used for Pack or den registrations. Please check with your Pack leadership before submitting as a den to be sure of Pack summer camp plans to avoid double booking.

Before 4/4/2025 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Adult Leader - Female Registrants.
