Please join us for the Third Annual Emerald Bay Outdoor Academy Community Weekend!

This fun Catalina weekend is your opportunity to connect with new and old friends and Outdoor Academy supporters, to enjoy camp activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, and archery, and to help fundraise in support of the 100th Anniversary of Camp Emerald Bay!

Included in your registration is the 3rd Annual Beach Tie Fundraising Gala! The Beach Tie Gala is a fun outdoor party on the waterfront with dinner included. Wear your best wacky and colorful casual beach wear!

If you would like to donate in advance of the Gala, please use this link! We will use this same donation link during the Beach Tie Gala.

Transportation will be via Harbor Breeze from Long Beach (100 Aquarium Way Dock #2). Transportation subject to change and will be confirmed two weeks prior to the event.

The weekend is open invite: Staff alumni, organizational partners, schools and families, the Island community, and anyone who has interest in learning more about the Academy.

New for 2024: We have space for up to four passengers aboard the Sabbatical, a Beneteau First 44.7 Sailboat for a one-way sail to Emerald Bay on your Saturday 5/25 Crossing with a provided packed lunch on board! This option is available for a total registration cost of $550 per person which includes cabin registration. The Sabbatical Sail has been generously donated by EBOA Advisory Team Member Mark Lampert and will depart from Marina del Rey at 8am on Saturday 5/25 (Arriving to Emerald Bay at approximately 1:00pm).
