Crescent Bay Cub Scout Day Camp at Camp Josepho
Come join us for Scouting fun and adventure!
Crescent Bay's 2018 Cub Scout Day Camp "Passport to Adventure" is a 5-day program (Monday to Friday) at Camp Josepho which we recommend for all Webelos, Cubs, and Tigers. This camp encourages Cub Scouts to participate in programs involving arts, crafts, games, aquatics activities and shooting sports in Camp Josepho's unique chaparral environment.
Session Information:
Camp runs Monday through Thursday, 8:30 - 3:30, and Friday, 8:30 - Noon.
Cost $175 (includes lunch each day) and a camp t-shirt. Additional t-shirts can be purchased for $10 per.
Early Discount: Before 5/1/2018 a discount of $20.00 will apply to all Cub Scouts Registration
Families who have an adult (Parent, Grandparent, Adult Sibling) who volunteers at camp 4 or more days will earn a $40 credit that will be mailed to them after the end of Camp.
As an opportunity for older siblings, Boy Scouts 14 years and older may attend as a Den Chief free of charge. Den Chief responsibilities include den organization, activities leadership, and facilitating fun and spirit in a camp environment. Den Chiefs are eligible to apply for service hour credit.
Boys and Girls who are entering 1st-5th grade in the 2018/2019 school year, and are registered in a Cub Pack are welcome.
We will offer parents the option of avoiding the drive in and out of camp in the morning and, instead, parents can drop their scout(s) off at select locations throughout the area. Note: Boys leaving Kindergarten and entering 1st grade must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the week and, therefore, are not permitted in the transportation program. For those interested in boys who are entering Kindergarten please contact Joshua Bryan at joshua.bryan@scouting.org.
