**For week 4 - in addition to the standard Sunday Boat - we will have a Monday morning boat that arrives no later than 9 am to accomodate some of our scouts that cannot travel on Sundays

The Camper Fees will be based upon the Session to which your reservation is assigned. The price will automatically adjust once your reservation is moved.
Rugged Adventures
- The Rugged programs have a seperate reservation that can be found on our website.
- The cost of the Rugged programs are in place of traditional merit badge camp fees.
Early Bird Pricing Requirements
- To retain early bird pricing the entire registration must be paid in full by March 9, 2018.
- If the registration has a balance due after March 9, 2018 the cost will increas to the regular 2018 pricing.
- Any participants registering or added to an existing registration after November 3, 2017 will pay Early Bird 2018 pricing (if the troop registered before November 3, 2017).
Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation policy will go into effect January 12, 2018.
- Any person cancelling/dropping will forfeit any money that is due on that date whether or not they have paid.
Payment Schedule
- Due with initial application is a $400 non-refundable non-transferable deposit.
- January 12th, 2018 - $100 per camper (including adults) is due.
- March 9th, 2018 - Early Bird participants must pay the reservation in full.
