Sierra C.P.T has a minimum class size of 4 participants per week due to staffing requirements. If there are less than 4 participants registered by one month prior to your arrival at camp for your preferred week, we will work with you to find an alternative (a refund is possible up until this date).
Extra space usually becomes available and is filled on a first-come first-served basis. Any requests for additional space (as well as any other changes) must be done via your online registration. Phone calls and emails are not a confirmation. Please be conscientious in estimating your numbers. The recommendation of the WLACC is for your unit to be conservative with your numbers and add campers as necessary so as to avoid incurring any cancellation fees.
Your first per camper installment of $100 is due January 10th, 2014. Be accurate in the number of participants you expect to come to camp as THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY FUTURE REDUCTIONS AFTER THIS PAYMENT. All additional payments from this point on are non-refundable. Please make parents aware of this policy.
