Cub-Family Weekend at Camp Emerald Bay

March 11-13, 2016

 

 

Tent Campers Pricing Options:
$195 per person for Tent Campers

Cabin Campers Pricing Options:
a) $1,600 for a Private Cabin (8 spots to fill, you are guaranteed the entire cabin)

b) $225 per person for Cabin Campers (you may share cabin space with another pack)

 

 

Price Includes transportation to and from the island, all activities, and meals from Friday Dinner through Sunday Breakfast.

 

 

 

 

Tentative Weekend Itinerary

Friday

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm:           Tentative departure, arrival, check-in, and dinner

 

Saturday

7:30 am:                          Breakfast

9:00 am - 12:00 pm         Open activities

12:30 pm                         Lunch

1:30 pm                           Activities Open  • Activities Include: Swimming, snorkeling, marine center tours (where cubs can pet a shark!),
                                        canoeing, archery and BB guns with belt loop program available, outdoor skills, arts and crafts.

6:30 pm                          Dinner

7:30 pm                          Campfire • Skits put on by Cubs - Remember to practice your best!

 

Sunday

7:30 am:                          Breakfast

After breakfast:                Group pictures, time permitting program activities, clean, pack, depart, and arrive back to the mainland.

Early Discount
Before 1/1/2016 a discount of $35.00 will apply to all Cabin Individual Adult Registrants.

Before 1/1/2016 a discount of $140.00 will apply to all Cabin of 8 Registrants.
Before 1/1/2016 a discount of $20.00 will apply to all Tent Housing Adult Registrants.
Before 1/1/2016 a discount of $20.00 will apply to all Tent Housing Youth Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
You are guaranteed spaces for the number of Scouts and adults listed on your online reservation form. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THIS EVENT except in case of a medical emergency or a cancellation due to weather. Please make parents aware of this policy.
