**For weeks 4 and 7 -  in addition to the standard Sunday Boat - we will have a Monday morning boat that arrives no later than 9 am to accomodate some of our scouts that cannot travel on Sundays

The Camper Fees will be based upon the Session to which your reservation is assigned.  If you are assigned weeks 1 or 10, the price will automatically adjust once your reservation is moved

Early Bird Pricing Requirements

  • To retain early bird pricing the entire registration must be paid in full by March 9, 2015.
  • If the registration has a balance due after March 9, 2015 the cost will increas to the regular 2015 pricing.
  • Any participants registering or added to an existing registration after December 1, 2014 will pay Early Bird 2015 pricing (if the troop registered before December 1, 2014).

Cancellation Policy

  • The cancellation policy will go into effect January 12, 2015.
  • Any person cancelling/dropping will forfeit any money that is due on that date whether or not they have paid.

Payment Schedule

  • Due with initial application is a $300 non-refundable non-transferable deposit.
  • January 12th, 2015 - $100 per camper (including adults) is due.
  • March 9th, 2015 - Early Bird participants must pay the reservation in full to retain Early Bird pricing. Non-Early Bird participants will pay $200 per camper (including adults). (Any campers added after the March 9th deadline will have 2 weeks to pay their balance in full, after 2 weeks that persons cost will go up to the regular pricing)
  • 16 days before unit's arrival to camp - Non-Early Bird participants will pay the remaining balance of the reservation.

Early Discount
Before 12/1/2014 a discount of $50.00 will apply to all In-Council Adults Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
We have a NO REFUND Policy. Each payment is based on the total number of campers, not individuals. If there are any reductions in total numbers (Scouts or Adults) after each payment due date the troop will be responsible for the money due at the time of the cancellation, even if no payment has been made. Payments for cancelled spots are not credited to the troop balance if unit numbers are reduced. FINANCIAL AID IS AVAILABLE: Western Los Angeles County Council is proud to offer Camperships to WLACC units. The campership approval process is based upon Scouts Honor and is non-invasive. Please email camping@bsa-la.org to receive a campership form for your unit.
